New Member Specialist

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls (target 150 per day) to eligible members for chronic care program enrollment
• Achieve a target of 6 or more new enrolled members per day
• Use approved word tracks and compliant language to explain program benefits and guide members through enrollment
• Handle member questions and objections with professionalism
• Complete live transfers or scheduled handoffs as needed
• Accurately document call outcomes and enrollment activity in company systems
• Maintain strong follow-up discipline and meet productivity and conversion expectations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, inside sales, call center, customer service, or patient outreach preferred
• Proven ability to work in a high-volume outbound call environment
• Comfortable making 150 calls per day in a performance-based role
• Strong ability to follow tactical word tracks and approved messaging
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, health plans, chronic care, or remote patient monitoring
• Familiarity with CRM, dialer, or outreach platforms
