Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Dementia Care)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and examine patients with memory complaints
• Provide diagnosis and care plans covering diet, exercise, stress management, sleep, and more
• Review labs and imaging appropriate for patient care
• Conduct regular follow-up appointments to adjust medications
• Offer chat-based support to patients during difficult journeys
• Generate educational content for online blogs and the content library

Requirements

• Licensed NP or PA
• ABPN certification or eligibility in Neurology
• Minimum 8 hours per week for part-time or 32 patient-facing hours for full-time
• Strong listening, negotiating, decision-making, and leadership skills
• Empathic, mission-driven, collaborative, precise, transparent, compassionate, and results-oriented

Benefits

• Part-time hourly rate of $60/hour
• Full-time annual salary of $120,000 plus benefits
