About the role
Responsibilities
- Carry out health and safety duties as delegated by the School Principal
- Implement school Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies, programs, and procedures
- Participate in the Security and Safety Committee and prepare evacuation plans
- Monitor performance of service providers including maintenance, catering, and cleaning
- Conduct regular inspections for maintenance, security, and transportation services
- Report hazards, incidents, and injuries to the Ministry of Education
- Lead investigations related to health and safety issues
- Conduct risk assessments for all school activities
- Provide EHS awareness and orientation training to staff and students
Requirements
- Diploma in Facilities Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent
- Minimum 2-year degree with a GPA of at least 2.5
- Proficiency in English
- Strong computer skills
- UAE National candidate
- Maximum age of 40 years old
