About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise and verify operational activities as per the Activity Organisation Matrix
- Maintain relationships with internal and external clients including staff, operators, and players
- Coordinate staff under supervision
- Maintain game standards imposed by the company
- Ensure studio functionality and perform other operational activities
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Shift Management, Floor Management, or Operations within the Live Casino Industry
- Excellent knowledge of the Live Casino Industry
- Advanced English speaking skills
- Strong PC skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Preferred Qualifications
- Technical background in Computer Engineering, IT, or software
