About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across office and operational activities
- Monitor company expenses daily in Excel and own the yearly administration budget
- Oversee facilities, maintenance, cleaning, vendors and workplace services
- Coordinate visa applications, DIFC Portal administration and office access passes
- Organise internal events, visitor arrangements and travel for leadership
Requirements
- University degree required
- Strong Excel skills including formulas and budget tracking
- 6 to 8 years of office coordination experience
- Dubai-based, living in Dubai
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
