About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of offices, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to management, employees, and visitors
- Assist with meeting room arrangements and hospitality requirements
- Handle document distribution, photocopying, scanning, filing, and other office support tasks
- Maintain pantry supplies and ensure proper stock availability
- Assist with daily administrative tasks as required
- Welcome visitors professionally and provide assistance when needed
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming, and workplace etiquette
Requirements
- Good English communication skills, spoken and understood
- Presentable, well-groomed, polite, and professional
- Good interpersonal and customer-service-oriented attitude
- Ability to follow instructions and communicate confidently
- Basic knowledge of office etiquette and hospitality standards
- Flexible, reliable, and able to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Office Boy in a corporate or professional office
