About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Office of the Chief AI Officer
- Prepare executive materials, presentations, and briefing reports
- Act as a central coordination point between the Chief AI Officer and bank stakeholders
- Advise the Chief AI Officer on internal processes and organizational navigation
- Support the establishment and development of the AI Group
- Manage priority projects from planning through completion
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership teams
- High proficiency in AI productivity tools (Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Internal ADIB experience
- Project management certification
- Experience in strategy, transformation, or PMO
- Understanding of UAE business culture and banking governance
- Experience in technology, digital, or AI functions
