About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operation of the Office of the Chief AI Officer
- Coordinate stakeholders across the Bank and track decisions and actions
- Prepare executive reports, Board materials and management presentations
- Support establishment and development of the AI Group
- Lead cross-functional special assignments and priority project delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Experience supporting C-suite executives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Current ADIB employee with internal knowledge
- Project management certification
- Experience in strategy, PMO or CEO/CXO office
- Understanding of UAE business culture and banking governance
