Officer – Alumni Engagement and Employability

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement alumni engagement initiatives, including events, networking, and social activities
• Maintain accurate alumni records and databases
• Support career development programs, workshops, and activities to enhance student employability
• Provide guidance to students in CV development, interview preparation, and job-search strategies
• Coordinate career-related initiatives connecting students and graduates with employers
• Establish and maintain relationships with alumni employers, industry partners, and professional associations
• Organize and manage career fairs, recruitment days, and employer networking events
• Develop promotional materials to increase awareness of engagement initiatives
• Prepare regular reports on participation, engagement, and career outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Education, or Liberal Arts
• Minimum 2 years post-degree professional work experience
• Experience in customer-facing organizational settings
• Proven understanding of Higher Education
• Experience working with students, alumni, and employers
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of international higher education systems (American model preferred)
• Fluent in English and Arabic
