About the role
Responsibilities
- Handle collections legal cases, including ADGM court cases, cheque execution cases, and civil cases
- Manage cases against the bank and accountancy cases
- Liaise with collection teams to facilitate in-court settlements and release cases
- Attend expert meetings and follow up with law firms on case stages
- Work to minimize losses and maximize collections and cash recovery
What we look for
- Experience handling ADGM court cases
- Experience with cheque execution and civil cases
- Ability to liaise with collection teams for settlements
- Experience managing accountancy cases
