About the role
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end credit processing and operational activities
- Review and process credit applications
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor documentation and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely disbursement
- Identify process gaps and support risk controls
- Maintain MIS reporting
- Contribute to improving operational efficiency and customer experience within retail credit operations
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Experience in reviewing and processing credit applications
- Knowledge of internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Monitor documentation and coordinate with relevant stakeholders
- Experience in identifying process gaps and supporting risk controls
- Experience in maintaining MIS reporting
