Responsibilities
- Manage mortgage registrations, settlements and mortgage releases through government and regulatory platforms
- Ensure smooth execution of customer requests and adherence to bank and regulatory requirements
- Support MIS reporting, risk and control monitoring and audit requirements
- Drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
