Responsibilities
- Deliver professional customer service aligned with the Bank's standards and customer needs
- Identify opportunities to promote relevant Bank products and services
- Achieve assigned sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Generate quality referrals in line with branch objectives
Requirements
- Ability to achieve individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance
- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets for retail banking products and services
- Ability to balance customer service responsibilities with business and sales objectives
