Officer, Digital Onboarding & Commercialization Emiratized Role

Responsibilities

• Perform primary screening of customer financial records from a credit and risk perspective
• Prepare and submit management proposals for EOSB cases to maintain borrowing relationships
• Proactively work with Credit, Collections, and Risk departments to identify relationship potentials
• Assess customer financial standing following employment status changes
• Handle operational aspects of the Indemnities department, including batch handling and account earmarking
• Manage internal and external customer communications to enhance experience
• Maintain up-to-date MIS tracking and submit statistical reports
• Ensure accuracy of information and adherence to confidentiality
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and Bank Code of Conduct

Requirements

• Good negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of products, policies, and systems
• Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
• Ability to perform initial screening of financial records
• Knowledge of Banking Systems
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
