Officer, Digital Onboarding & Commercialization Emiratized Role

Responsibilities

• Manage customer exit requests and identify retention tools to minimize customer attrition
• Perform primary screening of customer financial records from a credit and risk perspective
• Prepare and submit proposals to management for cases involving End of Service Benefits (EOSB)
• Collaborate with Credit, Collections, Risk, and Operations departments to identify relationship potentials
• Handle operational aspects of the Indemnities department, including batch processing and account earmarking
• Manage internal and external customer communications to enhance experience
• Maintain up-to-date MIS tracking and submit weekly/monthly statistical reports
• Research market offerings to align bank solutions with competitor trends
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, and Code of Conduct

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of banking products, policies, and systems
• Ability to perform initial screening of financial records
• Knowledge of banking systems
