About the role
Responsibilities
- Process and handle UAE and Qatar Court Orders and Law Enforcement Agency requests within defined SLAs
- Handle Police letters, Public Prosecution, and CID correspondence across the UAE
- Manage and respond to email enquiries from government entities and stakeholders
- Execute cases through the Velocity - MOFT system
- Ensure all correspondence complies with regulatory instructions and internal policies
- Coordinate with branch managers, unit heads, and internal departments to resolve government-raised issues
- Monitor and follow up on assigned cases to ensure timely closure
Requirements
- Must be a UAE National
- Experience in processing government and regulatory requests
- Ability to handle sensitive legal and law enforcement correspondence
- Strong coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in managing regulatory compliance and SLAs
