About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform first-level checking and scrutiny of transactions related to Outward payments and Inward payments
- Manage operations for Clearing, Collections, Payroll, and Cash management
- Conduct investigations and reconciliations within the PDC area
- Ensure all transactions are processed in compliance with established turnaround times and operating procedures
- Provide value-added services to maximize customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience in payment operations or banking transactions
- Knowledge of inward and outward remittance processes
- Ability to perform financial reconciliation and investigations
- Understanding of clearing and collections procedures
