Officer, Trade Operations

Responsibilities

• Process Trade Finance transactions for various business segments
• Perform accurate data entry of customer documents to produce final products
• Manage front-office trade operations and customer interactions at the trade counter
• Review and resolve customer complaints promptly
• Handle document collection, dispatch, scanning, indexing, and uploading into EDMS
• Maintain tracking records for dispatched/received documents and customer acknowledgements
• Ensure compliance with Bank Policy, Guidelines, and SOP/OPM/ADM
• Escalate errors, service defects, or issues to management immediately

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Hands-on experience in handling Trade Desk or FTC Counter operations
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage high volumes
• Excellent organizational skills and teamwork capability
