Officer - Treasury Back Office

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing and settlement of Fixed Income, Equities, Repo, and Reverse Repo transactions
• Validate and authorize treasury transactions booked by Front Office teams
• Process Bonds, Sukuk, Treasury Bills, UAE M-Bills, EMTNs, and other investment securities
• Monitor and process coupon payments, profit distributions, maturities, and corporate action events
• Handle equity settlements and corporate actions including dividends and stock splits
• Process Repo and Reverse Repo transactions including collateral management
• Ensure timely settlement and confirmation with custodians and counterparties
• Perform daily reconciliations of securities positions and Nostro accounts
• Support treasury accounting, regulatory reporting, and audit activities

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Treasury Operations, Treasury Back Office, or Capital Markets Operations
• Hands-on experience with Bonds, Sukuk, Treasury Bills, M-Bills, Equities, Repo, and Reverse Repo products
• Strong understanding of securities settlement, custody operations, and corporate actions
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Economics, or a related field
• ACI/CISI certification is an advantage
