Omnichannel Marketing Campaigns Manager EEMEA, Surgical

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, product materials, and campaigns for the Edwards Surgical Product Portfolio
• Drive messaging and experiences around the Edwards Surgical Portfolio for current and future users
• Partner closely with Sales and Professional Education teams to execute regional and country-level initiatives and gather field insights
• Drive marketing materials execution through all relevant legal and regulatory approval processes
• Partner closely with Regional/Global Marketing and Professional Education on various initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of related experience, or Master's Degree/equivalent with 3 years of related experience
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or medical devices, ideally with exposure to cardiovascular disease, heart failure, or physician-facing marketing
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing (including Digital Media & CRM)
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners (Sales, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal)
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to drive progress and deliver outcomes in complex environments
• Excellent documentation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
• Strong functional knowledge in marketing campaign development and execution
