About the role
Responsibilities
- Consult and provide direction to staff serving individuals in crisis and complex cases
- Be available for immediate support during assigned and on-call hours
- Cover Response Services for staff performing suicide assessments
- Review SAFE-T assessments, risk levels, interventions and notes for acute individuals
- Monitor communication, outreach documentation and shift handoffs
Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, nursing, social work or related field
- Independent clinical license (LISW/LCSW/LMSW, LPCC, LMFT)
- 5+ years of behavioral health experience
- Professional, organized written and verbal communication
- Ability to make quick, clinically accurate decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with adolescents
- Experience working on Mac
