About the role
Responsibilities
- Review ongoing due diligence cases in BPM and verify documents per requirement
- Verify authorized signatories and check forms and checklists
- Follow call-back verification for RM cases received by registered email
- Return discrepant cases to initiators and submit accepted cases to Ops
- Coordinate with operations, GCD and initiators; handle GCD queries and the Business KYC mailbox
- Maintain the checker tracker and handle assigned tasks within agreed turnaround times
Requirements
- Good knowledge of products, services and service policies
- Fair knowledge of banking practices, regulations and risks
- Good knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
