On Going Due Diligence - Maker - Temporary (Outsource)

Responsibilities

• Review, process, and contact customers to finalize ongoing due diligence (ODD) cases
• Send ODD forms and requirements to customers via registered email after gap assessment
• Collect and verify documentation including Trade Licenses, Certificates of Good Standing, and Emirates IDs
• Assist customers in accurately completing ODD forms regarding transaction details and annual turnover
• Upload verified documents into the BPM system with appropriate remarks
• Maintain and update tracker sheets accurately and meet monthly management targets
• Ensure cases are handled according to SOPs with minimal discrepancy rates

Requirements

• Good knowledge of banking products, services, and service policies
• Fair knowledge of banking practices, regulations, and risks
• Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations issued by regulatory authorities
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Excellent communication skills
