Responsibilities

  • Review new customer onboarding applications for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
  • Verify customer identities and business documentation via KYC/KYB
  • Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)
  • Conduct sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening
  • Assess AML and onboarding risk and escalate high-risk applications
  • Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve onboarding issues
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and compliance documentation

Requirements

  • High agency and strong sense of ownership
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to AML, customer onboarding, compliance, fraud, or risk operations
