Onboarding Manager, Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Contract

Responsibilities

• Own the full onboarding journey for net-new Roofr customers
• Manage multiple concurrent onboardings in a high-volume environment
• Guide customers through Roofr with practical, confidence-building training
• Deliver live training sessions and group webinars that drive adoption
• Work with the Account Setup Team to configure Roofr to customer needs
• Partner with Sales, Account Management, Retention, Product and Customer Success
• Contribute to the design and improvement of the onboarding playbook

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
• 2+ years in customer onboarding, customer success or enablement in SMB, B2B or SaaS
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• Strong communication and presentation skills across calls, video, email and webinars
• Exceptional organization, time management and attention to detail
