About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding lifecycle for multifamily real estate partners
- Lead post-sales handoff, account configuration, and software integrations
- Train onsite staff and drive early adoption across new portfolios
- Ensure implementations meet technical, operational, and SLA standards
- Align Sales, Client Success, Field Operations, and Product throughout rollout
- Build operational standards and processes that let Onboarding scale
Requirements
- Experience running complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise rollouts
- Strong technical implementation skills
- Organized, strategic, customer-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multifamily real estate
