About the role
Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding and hands-on training for Care Team roles
- Prepare and deliver training materials for new market launches
- Build and maintain scalable training content reflecting oncology and palliative care standards
- Track completion of required training and certifications for clinical staff
- Review documentation and workflows against clinical quality measures to identify training gaps
- Collaborate with Clinical and Market Operations to align training with organizational priorities
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Hands-on clinical experience in oncology and/or palliative care
- Experience with precepting, mentoring, or leading in-service training
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Preferred Qualifications
- ONS certification
