About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with uploading, organizing, and maintaining online course content and modules
- Update website content, pages, links, and images
- Create and schedule social media content using AI-generated and client-provided materials
- Execute marketing workflows and organize promotional activities for course launches
- Track outstanding launch tasks and ensure consistent implementation of business steps
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting online course creators, coaches, or educators
- Proficiency in social media creation and scheduling tools
- Experience with Canva or similar design tools
- Basic knowledge of website and course platforms
- Strong organizational skills and written English communication
- Ability to work independently and follow established frameworks
