Responsibilities

• Help and build relationships with customers in public spaces like LinkedIn, Twitter, Reddit, and data Slack communities
• Provide help to Metabase users using open source and for-fee products
• Answer user questions on the discourse forum
• Collaborate with the writing team to improve documentation
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for customer content
• Act as the face of Metabase during webinars or in-person events

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience writing production code or administering systems
• Experience with data visualization or data analytics tools
• Excellent written communication skills
• Expertise in at least one of: running Metabase on various OS, networking/web applications, server management (Docker, AWS, GCP), or database management with strong SQL skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Metabase
• Fluency in multiple languages
