About the role
Responsibilities
- Dual control of branch vault and daily cash management
- Approve teller transactions, remittances and clearing reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with ADIB and Central Bank of UAE policies
- Monitor sales performance and set sales plans for the branch
- Coach sales staff and monitor service standards and queue times
- Identify and deliver staff training needs
Requirements
- 4-5 years of banking experience, UAE preferred, or retail sales experience
- Knowledge of retail banking products, processes and policies
- Knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations
- Strong written and oral English communication
- Computer literacy and time-management skills
