About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide proactive support to the Operational Risk Management team on all matters
- Support management of operational risk incidents and losses
- Support identification and assessment of key operational risk exposures across ADIB Group
- Support management of issues and timely implementation of actions
- Support identification and assessment of key risk indicators
- Update and monitor operational risk data on the Group Operational Risk Management platform
- Collate data for regular reports on operational risk profiles and exposures
- Support implementation of the ORM program, including RCSA, KRIs, incident and issues management
- Support implementation of ORM policies and procedures
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to collaborate with co-workers and business stakeholders
- Highly self-motivated and quick to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
