About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Registration Department
- Coordinate daily operations and manage documentation
- Prepare reports, trackers, and operational updates
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support departmental objectives and service delivery
- Manage records and correspondence
Requirements
- Experience in daily operations and general business support
- Strong administrative and coordination capabilities
- Knowledge of process and workflow management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Arabic language preferred
