About the role
Responsibilities
- Dual control of branch vault and daily cash for tellers
- Review and approve transactions, clearing and system input reports
- Ensure compliance with ADIB policies, procedures and Central Bank regulations
- Set and monitor sales plans and performance for branch staff
- Drive deposit, finance, cards and Takaful product sales
- Oversee service standards, queue management and customer complaint resolution
- Coach, train and counsel staff; identify training needs
Requirements
- 4-5 years of banking experience, UAE banking preferred, or retail sales experience
- Knowledge of retail banking products, processes and policies
- Knowledge of Central Bank of UAE regulations
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
