Responsibilities

• Build the network by recruiting, vetting, and onboarding contributors and field agents across LATAM markets
• Meet contributors, communities, and potential partners face to face through recruitment drives and onboarding sessions
• Source, onboard, and manage implementation partners such as studios, agencies, and field firms
• Hire, brief, schedule, and supervise field agents, including on-site oversight of collection days
• Own live data-collection projects from specification through to accepted delivery regarding volume, quality, timeline, and budget
• Enforce spec adherence to protect quality and feed rejection patterns back into training
• Provide real-time support for contributors in the field and ensure accurate, fast payments
• Build scalable playbooks for sourcing channels, partner pipelines, and QC checklists

Requirements

• Experience managing distributed field teams, gig-economy contributors, or crowdsourced data-collection operations in LATAM
• Proven field experience running recruitment drives, trainings, or site visits in person
• Experience managing third-party vendors or partners against specifications and deadlines
• Fluency in Spanish and English; Portuguese is strongly preferred
• Willingness to travel regularly within the region, including short-notice trips
• Strong operational discipline and a bias to action
