Operations Executive - SME Lending

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and validate SME loan application forms and supporting documents for completeness and accuracy
• Coordinate with Sales, Credit Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure timely processing
• Perform operational checks and controls in accordance with approved policies and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate application records and update the loan management system
• Support the preparation and communication of loan offers to approved customers
• Coordinate customer onboarding and verify pre-disbursement requirements
• Execute loan disbursements accurately within agreed turnaround times
• Handle post-disbursement maintenance, including repayment schedule changes and payment follow-ups
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within SME Lending Operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field
• Previous experience in banking operations, lending operations, financial services, or fintech
• Understanding of SME lending processes, customer due diligence, KYC, and AML
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and process discipline
• Ability to manage multiple applications and meet strict turnaround times
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Experience using loan origination or loan management systems is an advantage
