Operations Intern (Bybit Card)

Responsibilities

• Act as the card payment expert for the Customer Service team and resolve escalated support tickets
• Investigate and resolve issues related to card payments, applications, rewards, and usage
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to troubleshoot issues using logs and databases
• Ensure seamless go-to-market execution for new market or product launches
• Identify opportunities for operational and process improvements using a data-driven approach
• Participate in product discussions to suggest features and enhancements
• Oversee settlement reconciliation and manage rewards operations
• Support finance operations, dispute management, and regulatory reporting

Requirements

• Knowledge of card management systems and network rules is a strong advantage
• Product management experience in fintech or insurtech is a plus
• Professional English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
• Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required
