About the role
Responsibilities
Interns can choose from several functional areas:
- Recruiting: Sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining data integrity.
- Business and Project Development: Identifying project leads and assisting with proposals.
- Purchasing: Analyzing supplier data and supporting procurement processes.
- Accounting and Finance: Facilitating invoice processing, reconciliation, and budget tracking.
- Operations: Acting as a liaison for construction and facilities scheduling.
- Corporate Affairs: Conducting research on business and legal issues and supporting deal-making.
Requirements
- Completed or pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
- Experience in engineering, logistics, construction, real estate, or business development preferred
- Experience in fast-paced start-up environments preferred
- Superior organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects autonomously

The Boring Company is creating technology to increase tunneling speed and decrease costs to revolutionize transportation through underground networks and Hyperloop technology.
