Operations Manager, ADGM

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Executive Officer in managing operational functions within ADGM, including third-party service providers
• Implement operational policies, procedures, SLA frameworks, and risk management processes
• Establish supervision frameworks for trading, staking, and custody operations
• Build operational resilience frameworks, including risk identification and contingency planning
• Coordinate responses to operational incidents with internal stakeholders and regulators
• Manage relationships with banks, regulators, and internal stakeholders
• Project manage risk-related initiatives across Legal, Compliance, Security, Finance, and Product teams
• Support first-line-of-defense operations, including launch assessments and audit activities

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Middle East financial services, management consulting, or operations strategy
• Experience within a regulated investment dealer environment focusing on trade supervision
• Proven ability to improve workflows and drive operational efficiency
• Strong collaboration skills for senior management engagement
• Ability to produce high-quality materials for external audiences
• Familiarity with the crypto/Web3 landscape and digital asset markets
• Ability to utilize AI responsibly to improve workflow efficiency
