About the Company

CI Azumano Travel is Seneca Holdings' full-service travel management company for businesses, governments, and personal travelers. We offer 24/7 support for travelers while also supporting customers with travel expense management, policy implementation, technology solutions, business intelligence tools, and vendor negotiations.

Responsibilities

  • Establish individual and team performance goals and develop plans for tracking achievement
  • Serve as a problem-solving resource and trainer for team members
  • Ensure Team Leads perform required monthly agent call monitoring
  • Act as a technical subject matter expert for government department client service programs
  • Coordinate weekly and monthly work schedules to ensure proper telephone coverage
  • Approve time sheets for Team Leads and ensure agent time sheets are processed timely
  • Provide ongoing written assessments and quarterly feedback for team members
  • Deliver monthly client reports including CBA reconciliation, telephone, and refund/exchange reporting

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5+ years of corporate or government travel consulting experience
  • Strong knowledge of Worldspan and SABRE
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in government travel consulting
  • Proficiency in travel management technology
