Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop the events operations team
• Manage end-to-end event execution from brief to completion
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during high-stakes situations
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and UAE officials
• Optimize operational processes and implement efficiency improvements
• Hire and onboard new team members
• Manage budgets and track KPIs to ensure high-quality experiences

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience managing a team of 2–10 people in the UAE
• 2–5 years of experience running full event cycles in the Gulf region
• Experience managing international clients (luxury hospitality or high-end events preferred)
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to commute to sites/events
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and event-day hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales and business development
• Proven track record of implementing revenue-generating or efficiency-improving ideas
• Existing relationships with top event planners or suppliers in the region
