About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and roll out operational policies and strategies that improve efficiency
- Set operational targets with senior management and build practical plans
- Track performance, report on progress and adjust plans as the business grows
- Lead operational projects from kickoff to completion on schedule and budget
- Review processes and workflows to find inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Identify operational risks and create contingency plans
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, industry standards and internal policies
- Plan travel and accommodation for team members and executives
- Run company events from venue selection to on-the-day coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
- Strategic thinking with a hands-on approach
- Highly organized, managing multiple projects at once
- Detail-oriented, proactive and results-driven
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with UAE freezone authorities
- Experience managing vendor contracts and budgets
- Experience in a fast-growing tech or SaaS company
