Operations Manager, Government

Responsibilities

• Set individual and team performance goals and track performance against them
• Serve as problem-solving resource and trainer for team members
• Ensure Team Leads perform monthly agent call monitoring
• Serve as government department subject matter expert for new client service programs
• Approve time sheets and oversee team scheduling and telephone coverage
• Provide quarterly feedback and annual performance review input
• Provide required monthly client reports including CBA reconciliation and refund/exchange reporting

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years corporate or government travel consulting experience
• Strong knowledge of Worldspan and SABRE
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
