About the role
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day execution of implementation plans across multiple client engagements
- Translate business decisions into clear tasks, owners, deadlines and deliverables
- Track project milestones and keep commitments on time
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams and stakeholders
- Maintain project plans, trackers and client documentation
- Prepare agendas, materials and status updates for client meetings
- Create and maintain SOPs, process maps and KPI scorecards
- Identify and resolve delays, risks and operational blockers
Requirements
- 3+ years in operations, project management, implementation or client success
- Experience owning projects through completion
- Experience supporting U.S.-based clients
- Excellent written and spoken professional English
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Works independently with minimal supervision
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management
- Experience with spreadsheets, project tools, CRM or documentation platforms
