Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of implementation plans across multiple client engagements
• Translate business decisions into clear tasks, owners, deadlines and deliverables
• Track project milestones and keep commitments on time
• Coordinate with clients, internal teams and stakeholders
• Maintain project plans, trackers and client documentation
• Prepare agendas, materials and status updates for client meetings
• Create and maintain SOPs, process maps and KPI scorecards
• Identify and resolve delays, risks and operational blockers

Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, project management, implementation or client success
• Experience owning projects through completion
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients
• Excellent written and spoken professional English
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Works independently with minimal supervision
• Strong follow-up and stakeholder management
• Experience with spreadsheets, project tools, CRM or documentation platforms
