About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the education, sales and administrative teams toward student success
- Manage instructors and staff through performance reviews and KPI setting
- Lead sales to meet enrolment and revenue targets with Marketing
- Ensure compliance with KHDA, DHA and accrediting bodies
- Design programmes meeting CIDESCO, CIBTAC and ITEC standards
- Manage scheduling, inventory, budgets and expense reports
- Analyse performance data and recommend improvements
Requirements
- 8-10 years in vocational beauty education and operational management
- Knowledge of CIDESCO, CIBTAC and ITEC standards
- Diploma in Esthetics/Skin Care
- Proven experience leading diverse teams
- Strong sales acumen and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital learning platforms
- Valid UAE driving licence
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate degree
- DHA Allied Health Professional licence
