Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Support leadership with decision making through cost calculations, risk/benefit analysis, and feasibility studies
• Manage expense tracking, purchase approvals, vendor management, and operational budgeting
• Identify and escalate decision blockers to maintain product development timelines
• Partner with Project Managers to plan product milestone scope, timelines, and costs
• Identify and optimize process inefficiencies to improve delivery time and cost
• Standardize recurring operational processes for scalability

Requirements

• 5+ years of Operations Management experience in the tech industry
• Experience working with multi-disciplinary and cross-functional teams
• Experience in pre-revenue or pre-profit startup environments
• Proficiency in expense tracking, budgeting, risk management, and cost optimization
• Experience working with fully remote, distributed production teams
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in game development or mobile app development
• Experience with web3 projects
• Understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or Lean methodologies
