Operations Officer - Transfer Unit

Responsibilities

• Manage property transfer and registration at the land department by coordinating with customers and sales teams
• Handle mortgages for government housing programs such as ADHA and SZHP
• Review cases from booking to mortgage perfection within functional frameworks
• Visit banks for buyout payments and document collection
• Maintain tracking MIS for case processes across respective Emirates
• Complete file conversions from Advance to Ijara within agreed timelines
• Assist management in formulating and updating SOPs to enhance controls
• Ensure all mortgage and transfer cases are processed according to policy guidelines

Requirements

• Thorough understanding of Bank policies and product knowledge
• In-depth knowledge of the Home Finance end-to-end process from login to disbursement
• Thorough understanding of Islamic banking products
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• High standard of customer service management skills
