About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance activities including amended contracts, rescheduling, and restructuring of Home finance facilities
- Support and coordinate asset service desk functions ensuring execution within agreed SLAs
- Implement rate changes and restructuring in Phoenix and perform quality checks against executed documents
- Maintain MIS and provide daily updates to ensure accuracy and avoid delays
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill documentary requirements per standard operating procedures
- Maintain records of securities and cheques
- Perform first-level authenticity checks on presented documents
- Prepare No Objection letters and implement amendment contracts in the system
- Escalate customer grievances to the line manager for appropriate resolution
Requirements
- 5+ years of operations experience in banking or real estate
- Proficiency in MIS skills
- Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach
- Good communication skills
