About the role
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review home finance agreements, addendums, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Validate pre-contract documentation including offer letters, customer KYC, and title deeds
- Review full disbursement kits to ensure completeness of contracts, NOCs, and valuation reports
- Maintain and update mortgage contract templates in coordination with the Legal department
- Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Credit, Legal, Risk) and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Update contract data in core systems and maintain logs for audit and MIS purposes
- Manage high volumes of contract requests within agreed turnaround times and SLAs
Requirements
- 1-2 years of banking experience in UAE Retail Mortgage Operations
- Thorough understanding of Bank Policies and Product Knowledge
- Thorough understanding of Islamic Products
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
