Operations Representative (Temporary Coverage)

Responsibilities

• Process daily work queues with accuracy and within established service level agreements
• Perform account updates, corrections, and verification steps in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements
• Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
• Complete exception processing and research to resolve discrepancies
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, accuracy, and efficiency
• Follow up with members regarding account changes or identified oversights
• Apply federal/state regulations and internal procedures to all work performed
• Participate in cross-training to support multiple desks

Requirements

• 1-2 years of work-related experience in a full-service financial institution or related field preferred
• In-depth knowledge of Credit Union products and services, procedures, and guidelines
• Thorough knowledge of regulations applicable to essential responsibilities
• Effective communication skills across all levels of audience
• Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Working experience in Symitar for Windows (Episys) preferred
